The confusing hotel directions could definitely use improvement!!! !!! The chair in my room smelled terrible!!! Also, the parking situation is less than convenient for guests!!!

The staff here were friendly and attentive, making my family feel welcome during our stay. However, the location could use clearer signage as it was tricky to find at first. Additionally, I wished the breakfast had more included options. Overall, it's a good spot for a family visit with some areas needing improvement.

I adored indulging in the luxurious Dove products provided, leaving my skin feeling fresh and fabulous. I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, just a short drive from downtown Asheville. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but it could be improved to include more hot options.

The hotel is clean and modern, situated conveniently just a few minutes from downtown Asheville. The complimentary shuttle service to downtown is an excellent perk, operating from 4 pm to 10 pm. My suite was spacious and featured stunning mountain views along with a whirlpool tub, which enhanced my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly Patricia who provided exceptional service during breakfast. The dining options were good, with a bar that opens at 5 pm.

The breakfast had a great variety, including fluffy pancakes and local jams. There’s also a fitness center and an indoor pool. Staff helped fix the Wi-Fi in no time.
